If you use signals to monitor market activities, CPR provides one for you. Referring to the picture above, the comment line on the top left corner of the chart indicates a 2, the direction when the signal is going down. If the signal is a 1, the direction is up. In addition, the comment line shows the signal and main line values. The direction of the signal and main lines on the chart coincides with the direction of the same lines in the stochastic window. Referring to the same picture at the bottom right corner, the broken line is heading down in the same direction indicated in the main chart. When the change of signal direction happens above or below the stochastic threshold levels, i.e. 80 and 20, it becomes significant. If a pattern formation is recognized, CPR triggers a MessageBox where a position or no position can be taken. |
