Candlestick Pattern Recognition (CPR) refers to candlesticks from right to left. This different orientation follows the flow of candlesticks in a chart. The higher the candlestick number is, the older it is. The youngest candle is candle 0 which is the first candle on the right side of the chart. Candle 0 is always the one that is constantly being worked on. When it is old enough (after 5 minutes), it becomes candle 1, candle 1 becomes candle 2, candle 2 becomes candle 3, so on so forth. This is how Candlestick Pattern Recognition (CPR) maintains a constant watchful eye for pattern formations.
