We want to make it right!
Candlestick Pattern Recognition (CPR) was developed on actual live data as mentioned in this site. Even at this late stage of development there are still pattern formations that have not appeared yet. There are a few reasons why they have not. These are also some of the reasons why CPR is offered in individual pattern formations. 1. Some patterns formations are so rare they only occur on very infrequent times. 2. Pattern formations that are made up of four or more candlesticks are prone to deviate from standard pattern definitions and are therefore not recognized readily. 3. Some pattern formations occur at the wrong moment, i.e. stochastic is between the values of 20 and 80, signal is in the wrong direction. Pattern, signal, and stochastic must be precisely in synchrony. 4. Some pattern formations may never occur at all during the testing period, and possibly during a trade sitting, for one reason or another. 5. We want to see you trade on reliable and fully tested pattern formations.
A pattern may form within a few minutes, an hour, a day, or longer. We will keep you informed of these delays. If you want us to skip testing for pattern formations, and just test for program workability, please let us know. We hope and ask you to choose pattern formations that you feel will occur during your normal trading times. |
